I am now back home in England and today I am looking for some fabrics to make some pretty simple skirts for a lovely little girl. I have found some lovely designs and tutorials and need two contrasting fabrics for each skirt. They are for a really simple pattern by
Trillium Designs and will end up looking a little like this ...

Quick Skirts For Girls
Do these colours work together do you think?

Dill Blossoms Lime By Robert Kaufman
 |
Pink Dots By Lecien
I love these two fabrics together ... what do you think?

Dill Blossoms Turquoise By Robert Kaufman

Turquoise Dots By Lecien
These two also really appeal to me. Advice wanted please from all you lovely and clever readers!

I think the colours look great together, really pretty little skirts too...I know my twin grandaughters would love those!

ReplyDeleteThey look fantastic to me, all my favourite colours - I especially like the green-pink combo. PS Why didn't you bring the weather back with you!?
ReplyDeleteIf the sun shines I feel bad about shutting myself away to craft ... so I did you all a favour!
