Pasta With Sundried Tomato Pesto

We eat lots of pasta in our house. It is quick, cheap, easy to prepare, and can be very healthy. This was a late night snack yesterday
Penne pasta
Sundried tomatoes in olive oil
Handful of basil
Handful of pine nuts
Cook pasta in boiling water until 'al dente' then drain
Place all other ingredients into liquidizer and pulse until fairly smooth
Mix two together and enjoy!
Yum, Yum, Yum!
